Larger than most rooms in Japan and great housekeeping. The view of Mt Fuji from our window was outstanding! Lovely staff, especially the driver of the shuttle bus. Very friendly and polite. Made us feel valued as guests. The shuttle bus service is necessary to get you into town. The onsen was wonderful and there is a relaxing lounge area next to it. Loved our 2 night stay there and wish it was longer. There is a restaurant in the hotel but we didn't try it so cannot comment. Looked good but a bit pricey.

The location was spectacular, perched on a hilltop overlooking the ocean. A little remote from a town but we enjoyed the seclusion. Rooms were excellent - very spacious and with a balcony. Breakfast was included and I have to say this hotel had the best breakfast of anywhere we stayed in Japan. The onsen was also the best we accessed. Had both indoor and outdoor option. Staff did not have great English but they were very helpful any willing to communicate via a translate app so there was never any problem.

The hotel will give you incredible views of Fuji from your bedroom window if it has any visibility when you stay. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you didn't have a car as there isn't much around within walking distance (you can walk about 4 minutes to 7/11). The hotel and rooms are a bit dated and run down. However for the price, and the view I think totally worth it. Size of room was huge for Japan standard

Bridget

The room is really nice and big. I love the perfect view. When we woke up in the morning and has the direct view of Mt Fuji from our bedroom window, this makes our day!!! Really nice to enjoy this perfect view with a nice cup of coffee by the window. The hot spring is not great but its 7/10 The breakfast is good

Jessie

Atention from the get-go was on point, all indications were very clear. Staff can clearly communicate in english, which helped. The room was big and comfortable, with a terrific view of Mount Fuji. Onsen was terrific, couldn't have asked for more. Great stay, would love to be back!
